Booking conditions.
All prices are quoted in NZ $ and include: Goods and service tax, cycle and accessories rental, route guides, maps and a guide fee where appropriate. On route attraction entry fees are NOT included.
Maximum group size 10 people (this will depend on accommodation)
Minimum age 12 years if accompanied by a guardian
An amount of 10% of the total tour cost is to be paid to confirm your tour booking. The remaining 90% is to be paid in full FOUR weeks prior to your arrival date.
Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard or by Internet transfer direct to our bank account.
Hawkes Bay Cycle Tours reserves the right to cancel your tour and resell it, without any advice to you if your final payment has not been received FOUR weeks prior to arrival date.
Insurance. It is recommended that all clients have insurance cover issued to cover this type of "soft" adventure, and to also cover cancellations on their part.
Cancellation Policy.
Prior to 4 weeks of your arrival date: we refund 50%of deposit paid.
From 4 to 2 weeks prior to your arrival: we refund 50% of the tour cost
2 weeks or less prior to arrival: No refund is made (make sure your insurance covers such late cancellations).
If your tour is cancelled by Hawkes Bay Cycle Tours, you will receive a full refund.
Your booking will be taken as being your acceptance of the conditions outlined and that you accept the risks associated with your soft adventure cycle tour, including the risk of accident or injury.

All tour routes may change due to reasons of safety, road conditions or any other reason out of our control. Hawkes Bay Cycle tours will make every effort to arrange an acceptable alternative.
Hawkes Bay Cycle Tours act solely as agents with respect to the accommodation provided, and shall not be responsible for any dispute or failure on the part of the accommodation provider.

This contract is between Hawkes Bay CycleTours and you the client being any person traveling or intending to travel on a tour supplied by Hawkes Bay Cycle Tours. Your confirmed booking establishes a contract. The contract, including all matters arising from it, is subject to New Zealand law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
